Thanks to Walmart for sponsoring this post.
Need to create a Christmas Table design? This Christmas we are hosting more family for a big Christmas morning breakfast. Our goal is to make it festive and cozy. In this post we will share what we did to turn our dinning room table into a fun holiday table setting. Most of the items we added to our table are from Walmart.com, which makes it easy for anyone to duplicate on a budget.
Table Setting Decor
Our favorite part of our table design is the paper homes! Does anyone else love the village paper homes? We have fallen in love with them these Christmas season. We shopped multiple places and found the best deals from Walmart! Yes you heard that right. They are super cute, have built in lights, and are very affordable. If you search these holiday village homes on Google you will find that some cost as much as $200. These ones from Walmart Home are literally a fraction of the cost and are just as cute!
The exact silverware, plates, and the village homes can be found right here on our LTK post.

How to design dinning room table for Christmas?
Step one is getting a good base. We chose this red, white, and green plaid tablecloth with a white runner. We don’t have an exact link for the one we have but we did find a similar one that can be found here.
Step two is adding decorations like the garland, the village homes, candles, small nutcracker, and other ornaments that could be from a Christmas tree. Pro tip, don’t over decorate by adding too many items. Keep things simple.
Step three is the dinnerware. Plates, plates, plates (this adds a warm quality look.) Silverware, cloth napkins, and some fun tree ornaments to lay on top of the plates.
You can order many of these items right from Walmart.com and have them shipped to your home. Designing your table has never been easier! 😉
Merry Christmas
Thanks for stopping by. We wish you and your family a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year!
