Are you in love with southern charm? This home is the perfect combination of southern style and modern lines.

Symmetry, white siding, front columns. What else could you ask for in a charming southern style home? Just wait until you get to see all the gorgeous details in there!
Foyer and Landing

Immediately as you walk in, you are greeted by an accent room (painted with Benjamin Moore, Gentleman’s Gray) with slightly vaulted ceilings. Wood floors and faux hide rug give the room a natural feeling as you come in.

Just up the stairs from the foyer is the landing. I love how rather than just leaving empty wall space, this area was turned into a built-in bookshelf! This space can be functional or simply decorative, whichever you need!
Dining Room

Where should we start with this room? Subtle wallpaper and simple wainscoting are a formula for elegance; a unique chandelier and wall sconces only add to that. Made for larger gatherings, this dining room is a great setting for long conversations and get-togethers.

Kitchen

Going farther into the house, we come to one of the most welcoming and elegant kitchens I’ve seen! We especially love the way that dark and light contrast between the island and the cabinets. Tall, narrow cupboards and tiled backsplash are a lovely contrast to the natural color of the counter stools and floor. Walls here and throughout most of the house are painted in Benjamin Moore’s Collingwood.

This breakfast nook is nestled next to the kitchen and is probably one of my favorite spots in the home. Nothing says cozy like a round table, a bench seat, and loads of sunlight streaming through southern style latticed windows.

Great Room

Which pieces stand out most to you in this great room? For me, it’s the ottoman, chandelier, and large armoires along the wall. I love how the pop of color ends up being the center of the room, with the windows and furniture reflecting light all around it.

This closer look into the great room really shows off the ottoman and fireplace. The textured fireplace plays well with the sleekness of the room. Plants around the room pay tribute to the luscious southern nature without getting out of hand. How else does this reflect the southern home theme?

From here, the sectional couch takes a central roll in the room’s personality. We love how the curve of the sofa creates a natural space for talking, playing, and laughing. For those with kids, the armoires are a great way to store toys and there are plenty of fabric protecting products for the beautiful light furniture!

Bathrooms

For me, this powder bathroom really shouts southern home charm! Blue and white floral wallpaper matches the porcelain and accent colors throughout the home while keeping the room light. What do you think about the look of the tile?

A chestnut colored vanity pulls in the southern roots in this bathroom. A bronze faucet, pulls, and sconces play into the room’s warmth to contrast the cool floral tiling. The effect of this chunky quartz countertop is also striking!
Southern Style Master Suite

Blue and white dance and play in this calm, elegant, and gorgeous master bathroom. Don’t be afraid to use bold colors against white sheets and walls! I also love the rug and how it provides both colors, really pulling the room together.
